Who we are

Keith & Co Consulting (Pty) Ltd is an event infrastructure and project management company based at Sandhurst Office Park, The Grove building, Cnr Rivonia & Harrow Road, Sandhurst, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2196. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) when you use this website or contact us about an event.

What personal information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through the enquiry form on our Contact page:

We don't use cookies or tracking scripts to build profiles of visitors, and we don't collect personal information anywhere else on this site.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a concept and quote, and — if you go ahead — deliver and manage your event. We don't use your information for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't build automated profiles from it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share the minimum necessary details with our own service providers and suppliers (for example, venue or logistics partners) strictly where needed to deliver your event, and only once you've engaged us. Our contact form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your enquiry to our inbox — see Formspree's own privacy policy for how they briefly handle that data in transit. If our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is active on the form, Cloudflare also processes a small amount of technical data to confirm you're not a bot — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal purposes. If your enquiry doesn't turn into a booking, we delete it within a reasonable period once it's clear we won't be proceeding.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
• Ask us to correct or update information that's inaccurate or out of date;
• Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for a legal or contractual reason;
• Object to how we're using your information, or withdraw consent you previously gave us;
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe we've mishandled your information (details below).
